There's no such institute which is great only for repeaters, and the vice versa is not true either. Whichever institute you join, it totally depends on you as to how well you do. The institute and coaching plays only 20% of the part. Anyway, from my knowledge, Aakash institute is well recognised for Bio students. All the best!

Aakash & ALLEN both are the best coaching institutes for NEET. It all depends on the teachers over there who could understand your needs. Talking about ALLEN, the test series are more tough & cover all the NEET questions then Akash. Two years back, Cockroach was not in the syllabus of NEET but was Frog. On the other hand Frog was totally cut from Akash syllabus, hence difficulty was faced. This may not happen all the time but just to stay on safer side you may go for ALLEN, as they cover the whole syllabus. Aakash faculty are there to clear your doubts at any time (online). The study material provided by Akash could help you understand the concepts briefly. ALLEN study material are also good. Aakash also provides you crash course when you have just two months left for NEET.
At the end teachers matter in the institute you prefer to and your efforts towards the subject.
