Yes, ofcourse you should give CLAT entrance exam for Admission.when you are going to take an LLB course, CLAT is a mandatory thing for you.
.
And the University like NLU one of the top universities doesn't cooperate admissions without CLAT.

Check out the eligibility criteria for Admission,
- One should be 10+2 passed with 45%
- SC/ST students must be passed with 40%
- Maximum age for general candidates is 20
- maximum age for SC/ST is 22
