I am from Delhi general category in 40300 rank can I get ip univ for mbbs

I am afraid to say but at your rank and your category you will not get mbbs college in IPU,delhi. Your rank is too bad for getting mbbs seat in general category in delhi. IPU CUT OFF are usually lower than AIQ counseling. This year first round cut off for IPU colleges fir different categories are mentioned below (cut off ranks are for state quota candidate)

So literally you have no chance of getting IPU mbbs college this year at your rank.
