If you belong to the PWD category in Joint Entrance Examination, Main and have secured a percentile of 91.50, then you can get any National Institute of Technology with any possible branch under the sun.

If you don't have an interest in CSE, then I would advise you to go for Electronics and Communication Engineering in the top few National Institute of Technologies, which are:

NIT Trichy
NIT Warangal
NIT Surathkal
NIT Rourkela
