And closing rank for home state quota for B.Tech /BE in Computer Engineering is 40000.Therefore you are eligible.
Moreover closing rank for Other State students is 20000.So there is no doubt about your eligibility. You are certainly eligible.
Admissions in thapar University isn't done on the basis of Jee mains alone, your board percentage also comes into consideration. That is, is you have more than 60% in boards you must score 72+ in mains, if you have 80+ in boards then qualifying marks for you would be 48+. With 150 marks you'll easily get admission in the top branches of thapar University.
