For cracking NEET, it is advisable to prepare well and if you need to go to the college of your choice, you must practice really hard for the same. For general category, expected cut off for NEET 2020 is going to be 50th percentile for your information. Also, practicing NCERT can help you clear your basics and then you can practice from other books as well to get score above 600. Dear Aiswarya, if you belong to General Category, 600 should get you a seat in a GMC but might not be exactly enough if you want in a College of your choice and more importantly if the College is not in your State. Now let's say if you belong to Tamilnadu and you want to join KGMC in UP, you cannot get a seat through State Counselling and then you may have to try under All India Counselling.
