Hey I don't think so you will be able to get a government medical college if you belong to UR category at 481 marks.. The cut off marks for general goes a bit high and chances would have been more if you would have scored 500 plus.. However you can fill college according to your priority and try your luck or you can look for some private medical college.. Good luck..
