It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 590 marks you hold very good chance to get a seat in a government medical college for MBBS.
Under Delhi state quota you have chances in Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi.
For example,
in neet 2019, 567 marks for obc category got an mbbs seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi under Delhi state quota
Similarly under Haryana state quota with 590 marks you have very good chances in :-
-
Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nahar
-
ESIC Faridabad
-
Kalpna Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal
And a few more
