i am from haryana and my board is hbse is this is apply to all over the india to skip the exam and marked as per the marks attaining in preboard exam

see you did not mention which class or standard, you are currently studying, however haryana board 10th admission results has declared, hbse 12th exam result is expected to be released on the month of august. HBSE result 2020 has been delayed due to coronavirus and some schools who have not yet submitted internal marks. follow the below link to know in details,
