In 2019, under State Quota, 315 marks secured a seat in GMC Srinagar under ST Category. That was the cut off. With a score of 401, you do have border line chances. Borderline chances because compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, making the cut offs increase way higher. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
