Hi aspirant,

You do not need to worry for this cause. National testing agency has announced that the candidates who have completed the application form will be able to edit their details in the correction window that will be open between 8th to 12th August at neet.nta.nic. However it is not confirm that you will be able to create changes in self declaration form as it were not allowed in past

You can find all the relevant details about NEET 2021 at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-application-form-correction-guide/amp

Hope it helps!!
