Every year the cut off variates and the basis of variation is the difficulty level of exam, no. Of students appeared for the exam and so on. So predicting the cut off for this year also quiet difficult for the same reason but if we see previous year's cut off for GMC Srinagar which is 456, if that trend repeats then maybe you get medical seat in that College.  Usually the cut off doesn't variates much unless there is sudden change in pattern and level of difficultly.
