It would be very difficult for you to secyre seat in St John Medical College, Bangalore with only 400 marks if you belongs to General category because if we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the cut-off marks was 528 for St John Medical College, Bangalore under 85% state quota for General category and that too for private quota seat so for government quota seat cut-off are usually little higher than this and also we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020.

So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 570 out of 720 marks.
