With a score of 530 in OBC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years as they would require a score of 550 or above. But you could get a seat in the Pariyaram medical college, Pariyaram which is a government controlled self financing college, for which the marks required was 522 last year in state quota But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
