As per previous year cut offs, 550+ marks is required to get a mbbs admission in Govt Medical College through EWS quota in Kerala. Kerala is one of the States with higher cut offs. As you know, EWS reservation takes its slice from General Category, you will need anything between 550-575 for a seat in any of the Govt Medical Colleges in Kerala. However, the exact marks might differ depending on the difficulty of the paper and performance of the students every year. Also on the number of students who could get All India Quota (AIQ) seats.

But considering the fact that EWS reservation takes its slice from General Category, you will need anything between 550-575 for a seat in any of the GMCs in Kerala. Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
