MBBS
BHMS
BAMS

BUMS
So with your rank and category it seems a but difficult for you to get MBBS under state or all india quota however u may get other courses.
You may register for counselling and see what best happens
Good Luck
hey Janasree, Since this year's cutoff for neet ug went very high , so with this score you won't get any goverment college even if you have any reservation seat, you must have scored above 490 to secure a seat being an sc candidate. You can surely try for BAMS or Bhms if you want or else you may drop for one more year ,if you dont want to go for private university.
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
