Yes you can surely get admission in private colleges in Karnataka and Tamil nadu. there's no problem with that if you belong to any of these states. However there are management quota seats too were you can seek admission with these marks

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.
