Dear David,

Yes you are able to apply for counselling for MBBS under NRI category. Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Oversees Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible for 15% All India Quota Seats. Having scored 363 in NEET 2019, it may be difficult for you to get a seat in government medical college as the cutoff is high usually. Instead you can try for private medical colleges, BAMS,BVSc,etc.
