Hello,
With a NEET score of 492 your overall percentile will be around 95.72 - 96.22 and NEET AIR around 57101 - 69251 and  you'd likely land up in the following medical colleges of maharashtra:-

Ashwini Rural Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Kumbhari

BKL Walawalkar Rural Medical College, Ratnagiri

Indian Institute of Medical Science and Research, Jalna

Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar

Prakash Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Sangli

SMBT Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Nashik

However these information is based on last years cutoof and as cutoff changes everyyear depending on factors like difficulty of exam and number of candidates appearing and current COVID19 situation etc.

You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;-
