Akash, according to Karnataka NEET State Counselling guidelines, you should have studied for a minimum period of 7 years in an Institution recognised by the Government of Karnataka. If you have just not been in Karnataka only for your 10th and 12th, you are eligible for Karnataka domicile. Also if either of your parents have studied in Karnataka for 7 years atleast or are permanent residents of Karnataka, you still are eligible for Karnataka domicile. In your case, having domicile of Karnataka itself makes you eligible to apply for the State's Counselling conducted by KEA. For guidance and counselling suggestions we have MBBS Companion: https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion
According to NTA guidelines you can apply for state quota in your domicile state, that is the state in which you have completed 7 years of education.
If you have a domicile certificate you can apply for government seats in Karnataka under the 85% state quota. You must carry your domicile certificate during counselling.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
