No you cannot take part in NEET UG counselling for government medical colleges of Karnataka because 100% seats in government medical colleges of Karnataka are kept reserved for Karnataka candidates. If you are seeking admission in Karnataka state then you can go for private seats of private medical colleges that are open to candidates across India who have qualified NEET UG.

Also note that as you belongs to Maharashtra so you will not be benefited with your reservation category(if you have any) because for other state candidates there is no reservation benefits for medical colleges in Karnataka even for private seats.
