PGCET EXAM IS FOR THE STUDENTS Who must have studied and passed in one or more Government/ Government recognized educational institution located in Karnataka for at least 7 years either in broken period or continuously from Class 1 to qualifying exam.

Candidates having studied and passed the qualifying exam within Karnataka from institute/ university recognized/ run by the state government.

Either parent of candidates must have studied in Government recognized institutions in Karnataka for at least 7 years.

In order to be eligible for Karnataka PGCET, a candidate needs to have completed B.E from an institute in Karnataka and must have completed at least 7 years of education in the state. If not the candidate, the parent must have completed 7 years of education in Karnataka. If you do not meet the requirements, you won't be eligible for the exam.
