You didn't mention your category, nevermind,last year least marks to secure a seat under state quota as per category was

OBC-482



SC-326



ST-103



So according to these marks you can get a seat in government medical college only if you belong to either SC or ST category. You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
