As neet is the entrance exam conducted for getting seat for good colleges for medical courses and it is conducted  by nta national eligibility cum  entrance test and you should score more than 75%marks to the total marks so that you have chance to get seat in the expected one course so work for it and if you have reservations it adds one of the benefit to u as you i said based of previous year cutoff marks so study well and work hard to get good marks in the good colleges or universities all the best for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

There are various college in MP. Please mention the name of the college in which you want to take admission for MBBS course.

Otherwise i mentioning the cutoffs of some good Government colleges in MP:

For MGM Indore you need to score above 590(General Category) to get a seat.

For NSCB Jabalpur you need to score above 570
