Well getting a seat will depend on your category. If you are a general category student then getting a government medical college seat is not possible. Even for IBC it is not possible. For SC and ST, chances are there to get a seat.
For other categories where there are chances, more chances are for sttae quota counselling and less for AIQ counseling.
If possible you should consider the options of private medical colleges as well where you can get a seat having more possibilities.
