I am from NIOS board my coordinator is saying that to pay him 5000 rs for giving marks in TMA and practicals for 5 subjects i.e physics chemistry Maths biology and English what should I do??

This is wrong way of securing marks in any examination. You have full right to file a complaint against this kind of act.
There is no such rule or regulations set by the NIOS board where you can buy marks for passing the examination. The marks shall be awarded as per every candidate's score in the qualifying examination.
