i am from North state and studied in Andhra Pradesh in AU region from clascs 8 to 12 ( intermediate from Andhra board) am I eligible for state counseling . if yes what are the documents I need as my adhar card has my home town address and have no residence certificate. is it neccasry to have it ?
To be eligible for AP domicile in NEET, you should have resided in AP for atleast 7 years. And to be considered a local to a certain area, you should have resided in that area for atleast 4 years. And atleast 7 years in 2 areas. Now though you have studied in AU area from 8-12th because you have been in AP for less than 7 years, unfortunately you might not be eligible for AP State Counselling. But if any of your parents is a Central Government employee and that has been the reason why you had to move to AP, then you are eligible for AP State Counselling and then you can claim AU local status.

Since your education has been completed in Andhra Pradesh, you won't be getting the home state quota . It is clearly mentioned in state of eligibility that the state from where you have completed your class 12 will be applicable to your home state quota.
