Hey,
We all have known to the fact that without officially released cut-off marks by NEET UG conducting authority, it's one kind of impossible for anyone to give any statement precisely about the accurate cut-off marks NEET UG examination 2020 in any category. So in this case I want to recommend you to go through the previous year's cut-off details of all the top and renowned Government MBBS colleges of different states minutely through the Careers360 link given below:
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
Though every year the cut-off details change statewise on the basis of several determining factors like number of appeared students, number of successful students, total number of available seats, difficulty of question paper etc, still it can be definitely estimated th at your rank's are not suitable to get opportunity of studying in any top medical colleges in any state through 15% AIQ. So you have to go for 85% Home State quota, but here's a problem that in this question, you haven't mentioned your residential state (i.e. from where you're belonging to). So there may be some genuine confusion for us also about your admission chance through Home Statet qouta, because each state has its own cut-off marks for different categories. However as per your assumption and the previous year's details, I can assure you that if you're an aspirant of Haryana, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Punjab and Goa , then you should get Government seat for MBBS in several eminent Medical colleges under OBC quota. But if you belong to other states in India like Delhi, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala etc, then I'm very afraid to inform that you'll be almost in the proximity of the required cut-off marks for the OBC category students of the topmost Government colleges in these states i.e. there's a certain probability that you'll be discarded unfortunately from getting admission in these colleges by just 9-10 marks at the time of NEET UG State Counseling procedure 2020.
However you can also check Careers360 college predictor tool to predict your admission chances in your preferable colleges by your expected marks in NEET UG exam:
