According to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government medical colleges under All India Quota. Kindly mention your state then I can tell you about your chances of admission under your state counselling.
Also there are decent chances for admission to private colleges.

You might get a government college in the last rounds on the basis of state category but the chances are very slim
