Murari, in 2019, the cut off for OBC PWD was 90.20. And not forgetting the fact that AIIMS is conducted for 200 marks and also includes GK and English in its exam paper. Now NEET is conducted only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for 720 marks. If we have to roughly translate 90 percentile on a scale of 720 marks, it is around 650. Now this is previous years data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for 2020, you will need nothing less than 675 for a seat in AIIMS Dehi under OBC-PWD Category.
