I am from obcncl category I got 83 percentile in jee main march 2021, can I get a seat in nit or can I allowed to give advance

I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that at your percentile you estimated rank would be around 173910 - 195500 . At this rank you hold very low chances of getting admission in NIT . I would like to suggest you to start preparing for next attempt and try to score rank below 10000 to get admission into NITS or if you dont want to waste one year,then go for state university entrances
