According to previous year last round cutoff of JAC Delhi the closing rank for outside delhi general category student is 11k for NSUT, 11.1K for DTU, 8k for IIIT DELHI.As your rank is far from that range there is no chance of you to get the admission in college under JAC Counselling.Hence you better drop the plan to seat in JAC DELHI counselling.
