i am from pondycherry .. am i eligible to write tancet ..will other state student can attend counselling ?

Yes, students from other states too can appear for TANCET if they fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria,
Candidate must have completed their Bachelor's with 50% and 45% in case of SC/ST in regular mode from a recognized college or university.
