Here is a list of all Government Medical colleges in Punjab and their respective cut offs in 2017 under the 85% State quota in the UR category

Considering your marks you don't seem to have much chance in a government college if you belong to the general category. You can try for private colleges.

Govt. Medical College, Amritsar
