i am from purulia.at present i am studying in class 12 arts stream in Hura High School. our annual income is 36000. i am veru interested in computer application feild.so sir, kindly suggest me a collage for bca (without math in 10+2) in low fees.

For BCA there are no need to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject. SO even if you have no mathematics, you have nothing to worry about it.
