Neet state quota counsellor has set a rule that the student who have that state domicile certificate are only applicable for having a medical seat through 85%state quota.
So if you have Gujarat domicile certificate then you can apply for its counselling process.
You can have domicile certificate of Gujarat if you have lived there for 10-20 years or have some property in Gujarat.
