Hello Sir,
With 558 marks, your daughter will get a rank between 19967-23501. You can check it here
Since you are from outside Karnataka, you need to apply through KEA under outside Karnataka category. Your daughter will be eligible for private open seats only. The application process generally starts after the declaration of NEET results. Till last year, after registration students had to go to KEA office for physical verification of documents but guidelines for this year has not been released yet. Given the current situations it might change. You need to keep an eye on KEA official site for application details for this year. You can also check the same here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/karnataka-mbbs-counselling
The fees for private open seats in Karnataka is between Rs.7-8lakh per year.
Last year, the MBBS private open seats in Karnataka closed around 17839(561-570). To know more about Karnataka cut offs, you can check here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
But cut off varies every year depending on the number of students appeared, number of students qualified, the top NEET marks and the difficulty of the exam. To get a list of colleges in which your daughter has chances of getting a MBBS/BDS seat, you can use the NEET College Predictor here
