You have not mentioned any state.Now the cut off changes every year and it is different for each college.But if you score above 550 marks you may have good chances of getting a government MBBS college, this is for 15% AIQ seats.Cut off will be slightly lower in state counselling so a score in between 400-500 will give you decent chances of getting a government college in MBBS.

for SC reservation category, cutoff is 40 percentile. if you get a score above 550 then you have good chances of getting medical seat. cutoff varies from college to college each year. if you choose a college in your state then you can also use home state quota for admission.
it will be hard to get an admission as seats available is less and candidates crowd is very high. so give your best to score as much high possible.

This is important because every State has its own cut offs and cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The cut offs vary for All India Counselling and also State Counselling. So please do help us with the State you belong to.
