Eligibility criteria for BSc Biotechnology is minimum combined score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at both Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary levels. The student should have studied Physics, Biology and Chemistry as main subjects at 10+2 level with a minimum combined score of 60% in all three.

An aggregate of 60% or more marks in Chemistry, Biology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology and Mathematics/Physics. An aggregate of 60% or more marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology is required for admission in Delhi university
