i am from Tamil nadu . can i appeare for the pducherry medical councelling? if there is no possiblity, then how can i appeare for the medical colleges in pondicherry. only through all india quota? how to appeare forall india quota neet councelling ? and what is the procedure? please .........

Yes being a Tamil Nadu student to apply for colleges in Pondicherry you need to go through all india counselling.
To apply for all india counselling go to the MCC website (www.mcc.nic.in) and there is the option for applying.
