If you are a student of general category then i am so sorry to tell you that you are not eligible to appear for NEET UG 2019 medical entrance exam as minimum 50% aggregate is required in class 12th board exams.

No, you are not eligible for NEET.
The eligibility criteria for NEET is 50% in 12th & PCM.
