These clauses are applicable when you want to apply for Government Medical College seats and Government Quota seats of Private Medical Colleges. But as a Candidate belonging to Telangana you can only apply for Open Private Quota seats and Other Quota seats of Private Medical Colleges. But you cannot apply for Government Medical College seats and Government Quota seats of Private Medical Colleges.
