i am from Telangana ,i got 38k rank in ts EAMCET and 6793 in ap EAMCET and i went to 1st phase councelling in ts EAMCET and i got college and paid fee .i want to get a college in apeamcet which has cutoff 6305 for non locals , can i cancel the seat in tseamcet after 2nd counseling

You got an good rank in AP eamcet.
You may get a good college in AP but this was second counseling chances may low
Coming to your ts college it all depends on that college if the college accepts they will return the fee
Make sure that you are applying more colleges in ap counseling
