Hello STudent

As you belong to  the state of Telangana and you are interested to take studies in Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. If you apply for scholarship in the state of Andhra Pradesh will be able to  get the scholarship from the state of Andhra Pradesh Government scholarship is for the non local student also. But in the state of Telangana this rules is not maintained. After all as we belong to SC category students then you are eligible for getting scholarship for both of the states on the Pradesh and the state of Telangana.in case of scholarship yet to achieve scholarship from one of the states you interested for ,Or studying in the specific State.

Hope this helps.
