If you belong to UP, you are eligible to apply under State Quota for UP alone and for the rest of the States excluding Jammu and Kashmir, you have to apply under All India Counselling. 469 was the cut off for Government Medical College in UP in 2018 under State Quota. And under All India Quota for General Category, anything less than 500 is a difficult job to get a Medical Seat. This is because General Category has the highest cut offs.
