Yes, student of any state can apply for Maharashtra CET though he/she doesn't belong to that state. Just they have to satisfy the eligibility conditions. The conditions are that the candidates should be of Indian nationality and should have completed their 12 ^th standard or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
