First of all I would like to tell you that you can take admission in Private Medical Colleges in your Domicile state only which in your case is Uttar Pradesh.

Apart from Uttar Pradesh, you can take admission in fully private colleges of Karnataka, since it is an Open State for NEET Counseling.

----- With  540 Marks it will be very difficult for you to get into Government Medical Colleges in India and also your chances for Semi Government Colleges are also not that favorable.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year during Counseling depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2022 result

•  MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2022

According to previous year data for All India Quota, AIQ Counseling, last candidate from each category to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College after 2nd Round of Counseling (without availing any other quota based reservation) was as following -

• EWS Category - AIR 18,572 in Government Medical College,

• EWS- PH - AIR 7,14,628 in Government Medical College, Ambikapur

• OBC Category - AIR 17,878 in Government medical College,

Namakkal

• OBC-PH - AIR 7,89,476 in Tomo Riba Institute Health and Medical Sciences, Naharlagun

• SC Category - AIR 93,407, in Government Medical College, Tiruppur

• SC-PH - AIR 8,95,033 in THOOTHUKUDI MEDICAL COLLEGE,THOOTHUKUDI

• ST Category - AIR 1,07,455 in Government Medical College, Virudhunagar

• ST-PH - AIR 9,21,531 in RIMS, Ongole
