i am from uttar pradesh. how can i get seats in medical collages of other states?

Hello,
If you have domicile of one state and have done 10-12 from other state,then you can participate in the councelling of both the states.
Alternatively you can take part in All India(15% seats are reserved for the students of other states) councelling.
