Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 490 marks being from obc category you may not get a seat in Government Medical College.

For example,

in neet  2019, lowest marks required for obc category for getting a mbbs seat in government medical college under UP state quota was 573 marks and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich

But you have good  chances in private medical college for government quota seats and deemed universities.

To get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thankyou

Dear aspirant

At first congratulations for  your result and best wishes for your future.

Analysing cut off and opening and closing rank trends of previous years I am afraid to inform you that you may not get any seat for MBBS in government medical colleges through All India counselling despite of OBC category . As the competitions are very high and seats are very less it is often seen that a good student despite of scoring good marks fail to get a seat. Well you have mentioned your state Uttar Pradesh. Different states have different cut off trends. You must opt for UPstate counseling . But there also your chances are very less in government colleges . But you can get any private college in Uttar Pradesh.  some of those are

Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences,

VaranasiEra's Lucknow Medical College,

LucknowSubharti Medical College,

MeerutHind Institute of Medical Sciences,

BarabankiSchool of Medical Sciences, (Sharda University), Greater NoidaRohilkhand Medical College & Hospital, Bareilly

Sri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly

etc

However there may be a chace for you in BDS or BAMS . You check in our link to get precise details .
