I am from uttar pradesh.i have done schooling from delhi. Is my caste certificate(OBC) issued from UP valid in delhi for neet ug?

Hello aspirant,
Caste certificate is issued from the origin state. It is valid all over India. If your caste certificate is from UP which is your native state, then it is valid in Delhi.
However your caste certificate and domicile should be of the same state to avoid any complications during counselling.
